Maintain this form throughout
- Head, shoulder blades, elbows and hands in contact with the ground
- Maintain the hip and knee angle that was established with both feet flat on floor
- Maintain the edge of bottom foot in contact with the ground
- Both knees, feet and ankles remain touching each other

- Upper vertebrae remain neutral while lower vertebrae rotate and lift off the ground
- Entire length of leg comes in contact with the ground
- Control movement at slow speed

- Begin by lying on your back with knees bent, feet flat on the ground, with ankles together.
- Lay your arms straight out to the sides to stabilize the upper body. Establish and maintain contact with the ground with your head, shoulders, elbows and hands.
- Allow everything to relax as much as possible.
- Let your knees fall together to the right.
- Keep the ankles together and let them stack on top of each other as your knees get closer to the ground.
- Bring the knees back up.
- Once at the starting position, repeat to the left.
- Bring the knees back up.
- Repeat.
