Lateral Thoracic Glides

Instructions

  • Stand tall in a neutral stance
  • Move your ribcage from side to side
    • Isolate as much of the movement to your ribcage as possible
  • Keep your shoulders level throughout the movement
  • Exhale as you move to each side
  • Inhale as you return to neutral

Variation

  • It may be helpful to extend your arms to the side and focus on moving your finger tips side to side
